There are always time for a talk, and you are always taken seriously! With my anxiousness for doctors Dr Palacci has actually made me a happy patient, I feel safe and calm now whenever I go, it's not often but I go if I have to, a thing I never did before because of my anxioness!

The Barnes Surgery is extremely well run and responsive. As an infrequent user of GP services, when I make an appointment it's normally because I'm ill. More often than not I have been seen on the same day without hesitation. It's a very welcome change to other surgeries I have been registered at. For children, their care is even better. It really should be described as five star service. Dr Palacci himself is a great GP. He takes the time to understand what your symptoms are and really assesses you. Every time he has treated me, I feel like I've been properly looked after by a specialist. I couldn't be happier.

I can't give a higher recommendation than visiting Dr Palacci. Since moving to Barnes my experience of visiting the GP has increased dramatically and thanks to his welcoming attitude and great care I find my visits to the GPs more enjoyable and helpful (and also educational! Dr Palacci always takes the time out to go through in detail what issues you have and give you the background and causes to issues rather than just rushing out prescriptions). I'm now far more likely to visit the GP than I was previously as I'm confident and comfortable with the level of treatment I'll receive from Dr Palacci. Without doubt the best GP I've ever seen.
